APARTMENT COMBINATION

RWA partnered with Aha! Interiors to combine two apartments into one 3-bedroom, 3-bath home in Kew Gardens, Queens. Work on the apartments included opening up the wall between the two apartments to create a large entertaining space including breakfast bar, updated kitchen and bathrooms as well as new finishes and flooring throughout. RWA worked collaboratively as part of the design-build team advising on the code and zoning issues involved with the renovation as well as being the Architect of Record for the Department of Buildings filings.
