The US PowerGen office is located on the 21st floor of the 505 Fifth Avenue Building in New York City. The entire office is flanked by floor-to-ceiling glass, affording breathtaking views of downtown Manhattan. The full-height glazing allows for a spacious open-office environment filled with natural light. Rust-finished steel panel curvilinear feature walls in the elevator lobby, reception and conference room offer an elegant framework to the urban skyline backdrop. Flooring in the 8,300-square-foot space is carpet with sealed concrete accents.
