We were tasked with creating a multi-tenant open office space in Tribeca. Our main goal was to create a space that was open and airy while still maintaining a sense of privacy between the separate tenant spaces. To accomplish this, we utilized custom built screens that became an organizational design element that is repeated in strategic locations throughout the space. The team took care to preserve industrial elements wherever possible including using the natural brick party walls and columns. Additionally, care was taken to create a variety of meeting places from a formal conference room to informal meeting areas that can be used internally by either of the tenants, or quickly transitioned to a more formal conference room when the need arises.
