BROOKLYN MIXED-USE

The clients, two professionals in the theater and film industry, came to RWA to create the ultimate live-work space in Brooklyn, NY. The cellar and first floor would be dedicated to their creative pursuits with a black-box theater space designed to allow for a wide-range of performance types and exhibitions. The top two floors were converted to a 3-bedroom, 3 bath duplex complete with a new bulkhead for a future roof deck and solar panels.
